Guilford County Talent Workplace Survey

Action Greensboro has launched the Guilford County Talent & Workplace Survey, a questionnaire designed for Guilford County businesses to better understand talent needs. The survey will gather data from businesses and organizations of all size across the county on recent changes in operations due to COVID-19, remote work, talent recruitment and other contemporary factors.

Your on-the-ground perspective as a business leader in Guilford County will:

-          Inform forecasting in future workforce needs and areas for growth.

-          Validate internal decisions on where resources are spent.

-          Serve as a tool to help organizations in our county respond to market changes faster and inform HR management strategies.
